If you are one of those couples where waiting for your wedding day is simply not an option, then we can help. At Smeetham Hall Barn, in Essex, we offer a range of late availability wedding dates to help you celebrate your marriage or civil ceremony at late notice. We are often even able to provide popular days – so if you are looking for a last-minute wedding on a Friday or Saturday, we might well be able to make that happen!

Smeetham Hall Barn is also perfect for those looking for a no corkage wedding venue, you are able to supply your own drinks until the bar opens after your wedding breakfast. Our bar charges local pub prices!
The Barn is available from 9am the day before the wedding until 12 noon the day after for a
Friday and Saturday. For a Sunday, the Barn is available from 2pm on Saturday until
midday on Monday
